Cookery Course: Game Meat Preparation

Take the fear out of game meat cooking as you learn how to prepare game meats from scratch to finished dish with the Mill's Executive Chef Ed Chester. You'll learn how to pluck, bone and fillet in a small-group practical session, and prepare your game meats to take home and cook in one of Ed's quick but sumptuous recipes.

The courses are suited for all abilities and are highly informative and great fun. They also make the perfect gift (gift vouchers are available).

Ed is now a regular favourite on the food festival circuit. His passion and knowledge of seasonal wild meats will be shared with you in his entertaining and engaging style.

Aprons and hair coverings are supplied, as well as recipe sheets to take home. We also provide the game (of course) and the skills - you provide the courage!

Timing and Cost: The course runs from 11:00am until 2:00pm and costs £35.
