This engaging and informative demonstration by the Mill's Executive Chef Ed Chester will offer inspiration and insight for chefs of any ability who are looking to expand their range of quick, but easy, fish dishes.

Ed is now a regular favourite on the food festival circuit.  His passion and knowledge of seasonal fish cooking will be shared with you in his entertaining and engaging style.
