Learn how to make this seasonal treat, a German tradition that we love with marzipan, rum and dried fruits. A hands-on workshop with Head Baker Roy. All ingredients included and a mulled wine and stollen tasting intermission.
This course is suited for any ability and is informative and fun. It also make the perfect gift.
Aprons and hair coverings are supplied, as well as a recipe of the stollen you make on the day. You'll also take home 2 stollen that you make, to enjoy at home.
Timing: The course runs from 11:00am to 2:00pm
