Drop into our Food Shop between 11am to 3pm to sample some of the fabulous product range made by Fussels at its Somerset farm - including its signature Rapeseed Oil and Rapeseed Mayonnaise, plus Quince & Cider Vinegar Dressing, English Herb Dressing, Quince & Cider Vinegar Dressing and Sunflower Oil.

Fussels was founded by farmer Andy, whose family has been farming land in Somerset for generations.  The company's guiding ethos is to produce high quality simple food with known provenance and made with the positive values of sustainable farming.  All of the Fussels product range is made entirely at the family farm - from sowing to cold pressing and bottling.

Rapeseed oil has wonderful health qualities and offers a real English alternative to olive oil.  It has more generous servings of the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, contains lower bad saturated fats than olive oil, and is high in the good monounsaturated fats.  It's also an excellent source of vitamin E.
