Our annual fair showcasing wild and foraged foods, and country pursuits. The day includes:

This is always a popular day out for all ages, and entry is free.

Timing:  11am to 4pm.

11am:   Foraging workshop with Robin Harford

11am-4pm:  Close Encounters throughout the day with The Devon Bird of Prey Centre

11.15am - 12pm:  Skinning and boning demonstration with John Hayes

11.30am:   Fly fishing demonstration, talk on tackle and history of fly fishing with John Dawson

12pm:   Fly fishing - have a go!

12pm - 2pm:   Game meat BBQ

12.15pm - 1pm:   Game meat cookery demo with Executive Chef Ed

1pm:   Fly fishing demonstration, talk on tackle and history of fly fishing with John Dawson

1.30pm - 3pm:   Fly fishing - have a go!

1.30pm:  Foraging workshop with Robin Harford

2pm - 3pm:   Wild food cookery demo with Executive Chef, Ed using foraged foods and game meat.

4pm:  Finish
