RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch

RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch

Saturday 28th January 2012

Calling all families! Did you know that the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch is the biggest bird survey in the world? Come along to East Devon's Otterton Mill on Saturday 28th January, from 10am-4pm, and find out just how easy it is to take part.

Look for the RSPB's marquee in the Mill's car park, where RSPB Ranger Steven Henry will reveal what birds you are likely to see in your garden, local park, or even down by the River Otter. Discover what they look like and what they are likely to be doing. Then you will be ready to take part in the biggest bird survey ever!

Steven Henry says, "The River Otter is one of my favourite places to watch wildlife. Kingfishers, birds of prey and even water voles can be seen throughout the year."
