On Valentine's Eve, our restaurant presents a very special evening menu inspired by love.

-  Oyster Jelly with Smoked Salmon and Chives
-  Smoked Pheasant on Toasted Brioche with a Hot Redcurrant Sauce
-  Tapas of Pine Needle Houmous, Red Pesto Beignets, Basil and Olive Tapenade and Crostinis

-  Rolled Noisette of Lamb with a Lava and Citrus Crumb on a Bed of Coriander Leaf Barley
-  Roasted Butternut and Passionfruit Tagine in a Crisp Coriander Spiced Polenta Basket
