
We use water power to produce our signature stoneground wholemeal flour, continuing in a 1,000-year old tradition. Do come along and watch the milling - it's poetry in motion and leaves no carbon footprint! Our millers are very happy to explain the milling process to you and answer any questions.
See below for forthcoming milling dates. We normally mill in two sessions: from 11am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 3pm. Access to the Mill is free, although we welcome donations towards the Mill's ongoing upkeep and maintenance. Donations boxes are sited by the milling areas.
We always welcome school and other groups. Please call us on 01395 568521 to let us know when you are coming. We can also arrange guided Mill tours, for a nominal fee.
