A first Mill visit from female Canadian duo Brenley MacEachern and Lisa MacIsaac. With a sound described as both city-folk and tumbleweed pop, their songs are lush with harmonies, banjo, fiddle, mandolin and upright bass. Bob Harris (Radio 2) describes their latest album No Fool for Trying as "wonderful", with a musical style reminiscent of rootsy Gillian Welch, gritty Steve Earle and bluegrassy Alison Krauss.
